My son swallowed a penny about 2 or three days ago. I have spent every poo change since digging for copper. I have found... blue berries, corn, carrots, and pasta whole, but no copper penny yet. I am 500% sure I saw him swallow this penny. As you can tell from the above statements he is still eating.. but i don't know what to do next... I have already alerted the doctor, and the poison control. But I guess the next step is to take him for an x-ray?
PLEASE HELP ME!?
Anyone been through this already?

Hmmm I have no idea. What did the doctor say? I would follow his advice whether that be an x-ray or not. I'm sure he's heard of many strange things being swallowed before.
