If you’re a vegetarian who gets enough protein in the diet through milk products, tofu or nuts and seeds, you are getting the protein necessary to keep the baby healthy. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables along with your vegetarian proteins and you needn’t worry that your baby isn’t getting the nutrition she is supposed to. If your protein intake is in doubt, you would need to supplement with formula but this is highly unlikely.
