How long should my 2 month old be sleeping? Someone suggested I put him in the bed with me to sleep - thoughts on doing this? Any idea on why he may not be sleeping?
Keep the environment around him calm, not just when you're putting him to sleep, but during the hour before; and there should not be bright lights shining in his eyes right before he sleeps either. Personally, I do sleep with my baby since day 1 'till now that she's 7 months old. I think beign with her makes her more relaxed and be able to sleep for longer periods.
