My baby is 1 month old and has fair skin. Can I put sun-block on him so we can walk outside and get some exercise as we push him in the stroller?

At one month of age, you can take your baby outside in the stroller as long as he or she is dressed appropriately for the weather. You can also purchase sun block for babies which is gentle on baby’s skin. Apply a thin layer onto exposed skin or use a hat to protect your baby’s face. If you cover your baby well, you don’t need to put on any type of sunscreen or sunblock as the baby will be well covered. Many strollers also come with a canopy of sorts to help you block the sun.

I think you can take your baby out with you but first buy sun block for baby and apply that sunblock on your baby's skin whenever you bring out your baby.
