I am really fed up with people. It was bad enough when I was pregnant and everyone at the grocery store would comment on my (admittedly big) belly with some smart remark. But now that the twins are here it is even worse. People I have never met not only ask nosy questions but some even start touching the boys without even asking first. How can I set up some boundaries? My kids are not public property.

What? You don’t appreciate being asked by strangers if you were on fertility drugs?

I kid. Only because I deal with the same things with my twins. More the questions than the touching. But, seriously, touching a stranger’s baby? So rude. It’s so hard for me to be rude back though. A flaw at times, for sure.

One thing you can try is to just keep moving. “I’m sorry but we’re in a bit of hurry today.” Another one, “Thank you so much. I think they’re really cute too but they are just getting over colds and I'm trying to keep them from coming into contact with anyone for a while. So much going around....I'd really rather no one touch or hold him for now. I’m so sorry." And then keep moving.

Doesn't matter if some strangers are touching your twins in my opinion you should appreciate them if they are touching them softly and politely or if your twins are getting fade up from them then you should tell them to please don't disturb them.Good luck
