You can start with exercises like yoga which improves strength and flexibility without being too hard on the body. Pilates might also be a good choice.
As long as you are logical and dress your baby lightly, you should have no problems strolling as a form of exercise. Cover your baby’s face and body with the cover of the stroller so that the baby doesn’t get direct sunlight and put the baby in a onesie and both you and your baby should tolerate the exercise without difficulty. Remain well hydrated as you exercise so you have enough breast milk to feed your baby with and consider breastfeeding halfway through the exercise.
You can’t swim, jog or bicycle until several more weeks have gone by and you are not bleeding anymore.
