Advices :
1- Scheduling -
The obvious place to start is when you'll workout and for how long. This should go right in your calendar along with any other appointments.
2 -Planning -
Knowing what you're going to do is critical to your success. There's nothing worse than walking into a gym and doing random exercises,
3- Preparation -
This may be the single most important thing you do. An unprepared exerciser is an unmotivated exerciser, so make sure you get everything you need well before your scheduled workout. You might even want to schedule this time in your calendar to ensure you'll do it (e.g., 15 minutes before bed to pack your gym bag).
4- Proper Fueling -
Another part of preparing is making sure your body is ready. Plan what/when you'll eat and how you'll hydrate before, during and after your workouts. There's nothing worse than being hungry halfway through your workout.
