Its hard because you are always a mother first, wife later. I think its important to put the baby to sleep and put on your wife face again. Like try to talk normal, no more goos and gaas. Wear some make up, I know its hard, but its a girl thing! and also make sure YOU are happy. because believe it or not, most of the time they can tell. I would ask if there was a problem. or if he thought you were spending too much time with the baby and if he felt left out. Some times dads get a little jealous of the baby. Esp. if its your first baby!
