Skip the big stroller/carseat package. Its a marketing ploy and it usually weighs a ton. Get the carseat and the lightweight stroller frame. Spend your money on a nice lightweight stroller. I loved McLaren.

I have used my Boppy everyday since my oldest was born. They still lie around in it.

The Best thing I bought for my niece were the nities with the elastic in the bottoms.. My sister said they were a blessing. Also long sleeved and short sleeved onesies were a must have.

OMG No you do not need everything! Get the essentials for sure and then go to garage sales and secondhand stores for the rest. You would be amazed at what you can find there and how nice they are. Kids use them for like 2 seconds anyway so it stays nice. Good Luck!
