Default Can fruit juice substitute for fruit?

Just don’t know how to get all the required helpings of fruit. I hate the consistency of most fruit. Can you drink juice to get the benefits or does it have to be the real thing?

Juices can give you the same nutrients as in regular fruit but it doesn’t contain the fiber. You must drink a 100 percent juice without added sugars because juice, in general, is higher in sugar than the fruit it comes from and, if you have diabetes of pregnancy, you should avoid that much sugar. Juices also contain more calories per serving than regular fruit so it could contribute to weight gain beyond that which you would want in pregnancy. If you absolutely cannot eat fruit, however, 100 percent juice is a good alternative and will provide you with the nutrients you are looking for.

I think Juices can give you more nutrition than fruit But the condition is that the juice should be fresh and pure...Without sugar and artificial flavors.

Hi ~ What about trying to blend your fruits adding a small amount of juice or ice. This texture may be easier to go down for you.
