If you go to "Manage My Stuff" then on the left-hand side you will see a column with a heading "Your Profile" and under that click on "Edit Profile Picture" and you also mentioned wanting to add a signature...in that same left-hand column look down and find the heading "Settings and Options" and under that click on "Edit Signature" It's that simple I hope that was helpful!
