Last year my daughter had a huge growth spurt. I had just bought her a bunch of pairs of jeans. Instead of getting rid of them, I went to Walmart and bought some ruffly ribbon (about 2 or 3 inches wide) and sewed them to the bottoms of her jeans. They were sooo cute!!

Super idea...especially with the price of jeans these days. When I was little, jeans that were faded or ripped were either tossed or patched. Today...you can fetch $150 a pair.

Cute idea. You can alway make them into shorts or denim skirt as well for the warmer months.
