Even now I too can still feel that way. I try to get out - play groups, parks, etc. This gives me some adult interaction while allowing my kids to get the socialization that they need as well. Maybe volunteer at your local library or local hospital. This may give you a sense of identity that you may be looking for. We moms need to be us at times. What you are feeling is so normal. Do not worry.

This is a normal condition and I Am also having this situation.Interactions and meeting with other moms will help you a lot!
