Default Group Buys/ Buying in Bulk

my sister in law and I do this often, we go to Costco and buy the huge amounts of fruit snacks, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, muffins, etc. and split it! It's a super great way to stretch your dollars!

Also, I order wholesale often and my friend who also has a small boutique and I will split and share inventory!

I agree with Clarissa- buying in bulk can be a great way to save $$. My friend and I even split the membership cost at Costco (that means we have to go at the same time but it works out fine). I always bring a calculator and a recent sale paper from a grocery store to make sure I am getting the best price. A lot of stuff is cheaper in bulk but some stuff isn't.

Oh yes! I shop at Sams Club and freeze meals a head of time. When I see a sale at Walmart, Lowes etc. I will stock up on as many as they will let me. Recent find: Canola oil for .99 cents...you can't find that everyday! It won't go bad any time soon so I now have four bottles in my pantry. That alone saved our family $8. I have a blog Beauty4Moms.blogspot.com where I share a few of my shopping tips, tons of coupons and freebies if any of you are interested.

Now that we have moved and have plenty of storage space, I plan on stocking up on all kinds of stuff, both from shopping at Sam's Club and from using coupons and taking advantage of sales. We also plan on getting a chest freezer and stocking up on meat, vegetables, and other frozen goods when they are on sale. It's such a great way to save money!
