I had my daughter Mikayla when I was 23 and being preggers at 22 was not something that I embraced too much--I felt FAT and gross...the 2nd time around, I was 26 and loved being preggers...here is one of my favorite pictures

it looks like my belly button is a nose :/ LOL that was the funniest thing...Mikayla totally thought that the baby's face was right there and that is why my belly button stuck out

When I see this picture in first look I thought this is your baby sucking your breast haha
But I was wrong after reading your thread I see this is your fat belly so I decide to say you congratulation .
