Hi! My name is Anita. I am a chilbirth educator (HypnoBirthing), birth and postpartum doula, and lactation consultant (IBCLC). I specialize in low-to-no-tech areas of life This is actually my first time joining a forum of this kind, so any tips that may help a "dinasaur" like me understand how to be a better participant are welcome!
A little more about me: I am the mother of three "kids" ages 32, nearly 30, and 19. No grandkids yet. I've been consistently working with childbearing families since 1998.
