Default Making Your Own Maternity Clothes

so, I am pretty crafty and have decided that I am going to try to make all my maternity pants and skirts and belly bands

I think that I will be OK with shirts and blouses because the latest fashion has been loose fitting tops the last few yrs so I have plenty!

I saw the mom on Juno make regular jeans into maternity jeans and figured it's probably not that hard! LOL

I was thinking that even an old tube top would work for a belly band if I cut it shorter and hem the cut part....anyone make anything themselves to wear while preggers?

I found a tutorial online that shows how to make a wrap skirt out of 1 1/2 yds of fabric so I am going to try that first--seems easy enough! I will shre pics!

Hey what a great idea to make your own maternity clothes. I don't know why I never thought of that before...this post is really helpful. Thanks!
I think I'll try some tutorials too, but I can't wait to see Clarissa Nassar's pictures.

Wrap around pants!
There are so easy and quick!
I make them with a dropped waist to tie under the belly and they can be worn after pregnancy.
I found this link with a patern and how to tie:
