Vegetables like green leafy vegetables such as spinach, lettuce, turnip greens, mustard greens, collard greens, and Chinese cabbage; broccoli; Brussels sprouts; asparagus; artichokes; okra; corn; cauliflower; potato; beets; green onions; sweet red peppers...

Also, you may eat foods that have had Folic Acid added to them, like breakfast cereals, breads, flours, pastas or white rice.

Leafy vegetables
spinach,
asparagus,
turnip greens,
lettuces,
dried or fresh beans
and peas.

Fortified cereal products,
sunflower seeds
certain other fruits and vegetables.
Liver has high amounts of folate
Some cereals are even fortified with 25% - 100% of the recommended dietary allowance.
