If you enjoy it, that's one thing, but if it makes you anxious, perhaps you could start looking up more positive birth experiences. There are so many beautiful intervention-free and drama-free births on YouTube, as well as videos you can rent even from places such as Netflix. The more natural births that you watch (whether you are planning to have an unmedicated birth or not), will help you remember that birth is normal and healthy and not the medical event it is so often portrayed in the media. (I still sneak a peek at Birth Story and Birth Day, too, occasionally, though, just to keep up with what's goin on in the media, but I am not pregnant!) See if you can connect with a doula or childbirth educator and watch some of the videos in her library.

Thanks for the info! Yeah, I am going to try to look online and Netflicks as well...I have a pretty high tolerance for pain so, I think for me it is going to be more about focusing and breathing

with my 1st 2 children I had c-sections because of a lack of progress in the labor but, I am thinking about a vbac this time so, I want to be prepared for whatever may come.

It is good to know what to expect during pregnancy and labor. Although it is not advisable to increase the stress that you are feeling when you are pregnant. Anxiety will not do good for the baby.
