I just would like to share some tips regarding morning sickness. It is really at its peak during the first trimester. Other pregnant women experience it, and some don't or only to a slight degree. Some interventions for that would be to eat light but frequently. Have small frequent feedings. Avoid foods which have high content of caffeine like coffee and chocolates since they cause headache as well. And more importantly, perform pregnancy exercises since it helps your body to have good circulation, equally distributing oxygen and nutrients to all parts including to the fetus thus preventing or lessening morning sickness.
