Default Baby Won't Stop Kicking!

I am 28 weeks pregnant and expecting a future kickboxer. I swear that baby is already gearing up for his career. Maybe I am just being wimpy but it really hurts. Is there any way to stop him from treating my inner organs like a punching ball?

Cutting down on caffeine and sugar will probably help. Just as they get little kids amped up, these things will give your unborn baby extra energy too! Spicy or other gas-causing foods can also have a similar effect on some babies.

Then try a long soothing walk – the swaying movement may lull you baby to sleep or at least into a relaxed mode.

As uncomfortable as those kicks may be, take comfort in the fact that you can feel good active movements on a regular basis. Your baby is energetic and thriving.
