Default Lactose intolerant - is my baby going to suffer?

I just found out that I am pregnant. I am worried because I am lactose intolerant and can not have any dairy products. How can I get all the necessary nutrients to have a healthy baby?

There are other sources of protein besides milk. You can get it through drinking soy milk, eating meats or eating nuts or grains. In fact, being lactose intolerant shouldn’t affect the pregnancy at all as long as you make use of some of the other sources of protein available.
