Talk to your doctor, for sure. You don’t indicate that you’ve had any complications or scares during this trip. My guess is that your doctor will tell you to go on your vacation. And even hike. Skip the rock-climbing and other, more risky endeavors. Just listen to your body, especially at higher altitudes. Rest when you’re tired. Make sure that you get plenty to eat and drink. If you have the slightest bit of cramping, take a break and put your feet up.
This isn’t the time to take “extreme” vacations but activity and exercise, in moderation, is generally good for you and for baby.
