Default How can I exercise if I'm too tired to move!

Before getting pregnant I was very active physically (running, cardio etc.). Now I am 8 weeks pregnant, and am so exhausted I can barely function, let alone exercise. Is there any way to find the necessary energy?

It is common to feel tired and dragged out in the first trimester. During that time, you may need to restrict yourself to walking, bicycling or swimming. After the first trimester is over with, your energy level should come back and you can resume the activities you did before you got pregnant as long as there is little risk of falling and injuring the baby.
