Default Hot and sweaty workouts, is it bad for baby?

Ever since getting pregnant, I am getting extremely hot and sweaty during my work-out at the gym. Is this dangerous for the baby? Is the baby hot too if I sweat?

You will, because of hormones of pregnancy, be hotter and sweat more during the pregnancy. Even so, it is perfectly safe to work up a sweat during a workout as long as you remain hydrated and don’t let yourself get dehydrated as you exercise. Have a water bottle with you at all times and sip regularly from it. Your baby won’t mind the extra exercise.
