Default Pregnant and stuck behind a desk all day, how can I exercise?

As an accountant I work long hours and spend most of the day sitting behind a desk. Now I have been told to exercise more. I just don’t know when I can find the time for this. Any ideas?

Default Re:Pregnant and stuck behind a desk all day, how can I exercise?

It just takes an extra half hour of your day to properly exercise during pregnancy. If you are not used to exercise, you can begin walking for a half hour a day and graduate to light jogging as long as there is no bleeding or evidence of preterm labor. You can use a treadmill, an elliptical machine, a bicycling machine or you can swim as your form of exercise. Even a half hour three to four times per week is better than doing nothing during your pregnancy. Find and exercise buddy to keep you motivated to continue exercising.
