Default Pick Me Up for My Gray Pregnant Skin?

I have had real problems with morning sickness. As a result my skin looks rather grey - definitely no rosy pregnancy glow here. How can I best improve the way my skin looks right now?

I think that the keys will be rest, hydration and nutrition plus a good moisturizer with SPF 15. I’ve you been sick, you probably have some under-eye circles – so a good concealer will also be helpful. Stay away from any Retin-A, beta hydroxy acids or salicylic acid peels. (Alpha hydroxy acids – or AHA – are okay for you. Some moisturizer have AHAs in them.) And don’t get too much sun – the hormones in your body can do wacky things to your skin and weird reactions to the sun are very possible. There are so many great bronzing powders out that you don’t really need to get a real tan anyway – just head to Sephora!

I'm still learning from you ...and I don't know about this information... Thanks for sharing this.
