Default Snowskiing when pregnant

I'm in my first trimester - is it safe for me to keep snow skiing? Should I even be in the cold if I’m pregnant?

Default Re:Snowskiing when pregnant

If you feel good during your first trimester of pregnancy, you can engage in almost any physical activity because the fetus is well protected within the pelvis during this time. This includes activities like swimming, jogging and snow skiing.

There is really no limit regarding exposure to cold during this phase of your pregnancy, again because your fetus is well protected by the pelvis and cannot feel the effects of the cold. Exercise to some degree in pregnancy is a healthy part of pregnancy and should be undertaken so long as your doctor says it is safe for you to exercise.
