It is common to feel too dragged out in the first trimester of the pregnancy and to come out of it and feel like exercising again after the twelfth week. Starting on a treadmill, as long as the pregnancy is healthy and you are not having any bleeding or cramping, is perfectly safe and can be done until you feel your balance will not safely keep you on the treadmill without falling.
