My doctor has diagnosed Placenta Previa and has restricted my activities (no running etc.). I am looking for ideas for some non-strenuous exercise that will not endanger my baby but still keeps me in shape.

With placenta previa, the placenta has grown over the cervix and heavy physical activity can cause bleeding and problems; physical activity is generally to be avoided. Activities you may be able to do are yoga and swimming, which are gentler on the uterus. If any activity causes excess bleeding, stop that activity immediately and talk to your doctor about it as soon as possible.
