Default Spinning class during second trimester

I love Spinning class. However, I am now starting my second trimester and as my belly is starting to expand, I notice some problems with balance. Should I stop the spinning class or is there some trick that will allow me to continue safely with this work-out?

Default Re:Spinning class during second trimester

Spinning classes are some of the more intense classes offered at health clubs. It takes a lot of breath out of you and it uses a lot of calories. Once you get to the point where your balance is affected by your pregnancy, you should go back to regular cycling and skip the intensive spinning classes until after you are done being pregnant. You can slow down your spinning a bit but it will be unsatisfactory for you and you probably won’t like it.
