Most pregnant women get to a point in their pregnancy where they have no morning sickness and, In fact, are hungrier than normal. At this stage of your pregnancy, it is okay to eat a few more calories than normal but if the food is in excess, you will gain excess weight. It’s important then to eat your three meals a day and supplement that with healthy foods like granola bars, which fill you up on not very many calories, raw vegetables and dip, and things like sherbet or ice milk. Low fat snacks are a good idea as well and can be eaten in moderation.
