Default Exhausted quickly on a treadmill, even if I take it easy!

Usually, I love going on the treadmill and have a lot of stamina. Yesterday (at 30 weeks) I got on the treadmill and after just 10 minutes I was exhausted. Is this normal?

At thirty weeks, you are carrying around a lot of extra weight and the uterus is pushing up under the diaphragm, making it difficult to get a decent breath during the running exercise. This is a sign that heavy exercise should be limited to just walking or slightly running during the rest of the pregnancy. It is completely normal to feel exhausted at this stage of pregnancy with running on a treadmill and you have every reason to cut back.
