I have always enjoyed wearing stylish clothes and fancy underwear. I don't want pregnancy to change that. Now I have found out that there are thong panties available in maternity sizes. I am quite tempted but unsure if there are any health considerations that would make thongs a bad choice.

No health concerns that I know of. Lots of places are carrying maternity thongs now. Obviously, make sure that you get a large enough size to be comfortable. If you develop hemorrhoids (Gross! I know! But very real pregnancy side effect for some! Yuck!), you’ll probably ditch the thongs pretty quickly in favor of something more traditional.
