Default Scared Because of Loss of Pregnancy Symptoms

I am so scared. I am eight weeks pregnant and until last week I definitely felt pregnant: I was nauseated, bloated, and my breasts tingled. But now all these symptoms have disappeared. Is that normal or does it mean that something is wrong?

Default Re: Scared Because of Loss of Pregnancy Symptoms

Loss of pregnancy symptoms can occur if there has been a miscarriage but the same loss usually occurs for viable pregnancies towards the end of the first trimester as well. The longer you remain pregnant, the more these symptoms usually fade. I would go ahead and mention it to the doctor – but symptoms of miscarriage like spotting, cramping and abdominal pain are more often indicators of something being wrong than the disappearance of pregnancy symptoms.
