LOL.. They do tend to be a little harsh.

The pains hurt at times and at others they don't hurt as much. The pains stopped but it'd be good to know what they were. Sometimes they'd be painful and then turn into bubbles in my stomach. Felt kinda funny. =] I laughed whenever my stomach did that. =]

I'm making an appointment with planned parenthood to see what's up. This'll be my first visit to the doctor only because whenever I went they weren't able to assist me. =[
Thanks for the reply.

My guess is that they were simply gas pains. You'll have lots of aches and pains but most will amount to nothing. Keep us posted and once our Pregnancy Showcase application is launched on February 1st, we'll send along a coupon code so that you can access the Premium version for free.

We don't have the banners created yet only because we're waiting until it formally launches but we'll be sure to send some your way. We'll email once the showcase is up and running.

Default Pains at 14 Weeks. What are they?

Well I am 14 weeks pregnant and since yesterday I've been getting these pains. Not anything big, I just want to know what they are. It's my first pregnancy so I wouldn't no. The pains are under the stomach, yesterday they were appearing to be on my sides. What could they be?

I asked this question on Yahoo Answers, but I though maybe I'll get a better answer here.

Hello! Sorry it took me so long to reply but it was a hectic Sunday. I know that any semblance of pain brings on a rush of worry but in almost all cases, it really amounts to nothing. Just our bodies getting ready to carry and nurture that baby.

If you are feeling sharp, stabbing pains, then the better call would be to your doctor. But if they are just uncomfortable dull aches that are moving about (which is what this sounds like) then I'd take a "wait and see" approach.

I'm almost certain they will pass and perhaps they already have, but if the pain gets worse or radiates around to your back, then call your doctor. He or she would be a better source than Yahoo answers (or us for that matter) because people tend to scare the bajeebers out of new moms-to-be!
