Default Pains in Thighs when Sleeping

Yesterday I have feeling some muscle pains on my thighs last night.
Whichever leg I slept on, is the one that hurt at the moment.
What should I do so that the pains calm down?

Have you tried sleeping with a pillow between your knees? That may alleviate some of your discomfort. There are so many reasons for muscle aches and often times it can be completely unrelated to your pregnancy. If it's cramping then try drinking a full glass of water before bedtime and make sure you drink enough fluids throughout the day. You'll be amazed at what enough liquids can do for you.

I am sending you a coupon code to use for the Fit Mom, Fit Baby eBook so check your PM. This should help you as there are a number of light exercises and stretches you can do for muscle pain.

I always sleep with a glass of water by my side and since I need a pillow to hug I just use my sheets between my knees... I have been doing that for the past 3 weeks now. The doctor told me I need to drink more fluids because I was dehydrated when I got there. They had to keep me overnight so I've been drinking more water so that doesn't happen again.

If you can get your hands on another pillow, try that instead of sheets. Especially as your months progress! Definitely stay hydrated as there is a lot going on inside that womb of yours! You and your baby need plenty of fluids and nutrition.
