ginger tea was my best friend, I let it cool, added ice and that was really good!

So sorry! My SIL had morning sickness all nine months with both babies. SO HARD.

Try Watermelon! It helped with all four of my pregnancies! Tastes great in summer too! There are a few items on the market like Preggie Pops and such that help a little. Good Luck and wish it ends soon for you!

Ginger calms and soothes the stomach. Depending on how fresh (homemade and unprocessed) they are you may try nibbling on some gingersnap cookies as well!

Almonds will help with heartburn if that's an issue for you as well.

I have two babies, with my first any time I got nervous I would kindly give my meals back to what every was closest to me, via asphalt, toilet, grass lawn or bucket. Like every single doc visit we went to I got to show every one what I had for lunch or breakfast that day. Never really went away, the day i was going to be induced, every meal. My doc said it was normal.
