I recently started having terrible pubic pain, I believe I have pubic symphisis disorder, and I believe it to be hormonal and not misalignment. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and if you have what do you do that helps take away some of the pain?

Is this your first pregnancy? I did during both of mine and I ended up having to have a c-section because my pubic bone/hips weren't large enough. I always attributed that to the pain. Definitely check with your dr.
Oh I feel for you! I had horrible pubic bone pain with #3. Chiropractic care helped A LOT - as in, I could walk lol. I swear by chiropractic care in pregnancy. Good luck!!! Mine went away almost immediately after delivery.
I also had that horrible pain with my pregnancies. I had vaginal births with them all. A Physical Therapist may help you. I used massages and it helped a lot with the last pregnancy.
