Default Gas bubble relief

I have been noticing some major constipation lately which I know is normal for pregnancy but now I'm also having some trapped gas bubbles that hurt really bad until they eventually come out. Any ideas on how to deal with this?

If you have a Certified Pregnancy Massage Therapist in your area I would suggest you try to see her. Massage on a regular basis can help relieve some of the gas and bloating you have. Poor digestion can be a cause of gas and massage will help to get things flowing again in a very subtle way. During a massage your circulation begins to increase allowing nutrients to be deposited and waste in the body to begin to be cleared away. That's one reason infant massage is so good for baby. Mom can benefit too.

Hope this helps, let me know!

I know the lady at the GNC told me there was a certain Multi-Viti that you would take during pregnancy to sooth the gas and help with the bowl movements. I would ask my doc about it though. Sometimes if you are on different pre-nates they can be much more harsh on your bowls than others. Also if you are taking anything like a antibiotic they never seem to help. I know you can take certain laxatives to help that are no t harmful. Best Wishes!

Talk to your doctor first but I took psyllium husk capsules (from the health food store) when I was pregnant. They helped keep me regular. My midwife suggested them. Hope you feel better soon- being pregnant in the summer is hard enough without all the other stuff
